Upon arrival, the East Wing entrance, home to our Valet Services, will provide the most direct support, where our team will be ready to assist you and guide you to your room.

The Lobby level will not be directly accessible via the East Wing elevators during the transformation. The East street doors from the East elevators can be accessed via the stairs from the Avenues level.
For access to the Lobby level from the East Wing, our team will guide you to the main elevators where full access is available.

The Xerox Business Centre will temporarily relocate to the Avenues level on the West side of the hotel during the revitalization and remain fully at your service. The Xerox Business Centre at Fairmont Royal York provides business travellers with the best printing technology available. The centre is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Concierge Team will temporarily relocate to the Avenues level on the West side of the hotel. They will happily assist you with obtaining tickets for sporting events and theaters, making dinner reservations and arranging city tours. Valet Parking:
Located at the hotel’s east entrance, we are able to accommodate vehicles up to 6’4”. Five Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available.

Bell Attendants are located in the Main Entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage. For guests traveling by train, VIA Rail’s “RED CAP”’ porter will bring your luggage across the street to the Registration Desk.

Housekeeping may provide extra amenities such as humidifiers, cribs, and rollaway beds at no extra cost. Refrigerators and microwaves are available at a small fee. If you require a crib or rollaway bed, we recommend reserving a Deluxe Room as these guest rooms have sufficient space for the additional sleeping area.

Available seven days a week. Rush and overnight service, as well as garment pressing are also available. Limited service is available on Sundays and public holidays.

The Fairmont Royal York Security Team members are trained in First Aid and CPR and respond to emergency calls in the hotel 24 hours a day. Additional medical equipment, including wheelchairs, is available on request (subject to availability).

Small pets are allowed in the hotel but cannot be left unattended in guest rooms at any time and must be kept on a leash in common areas. There is a $60 per stay pet fee and Deluxe Rooms are recommended for pets over 20 lbs (9 kg).
Please note pets are not permitted on our hypoallergenic floors, Health Club, or dining venues.
Service dogs are welcome at the Fairmont Royal York at no additional fee, however, we kindly ask that you contact the hotel in advance of your stay.
