Our team has curated an exclusive Champagne list featuring 96 selections — each one a tribute to the hotel’s 96-year legacy and the memorable moments shared by guests over the decades.
The list focuses on building the most diverse Champagne collection in Canada, highlighting grower and vintage Champagnes, as well as those crafted by women winemakers, cellar masters, and business owners.
The celebrations and milestones under the clock promise to be lively and effervescent, just like the Champagne we serve!
