Director of Wine, Steven Karataglidis, has curated an exclusive Champagne list featuring 96 selections — each one a tribute to the hotel’s 96-year legacy and the memorable moments shared by guests over the decades.

With a focus on building the most diverse champagne list in Canada, Steven showcases grower and vintage champagnes, as well as those crafted by women winemakers, cellar masters and business owners.

The celebrations and milestones under the clock promise to be lively and effervescent, just like the Champagne we serve!
