Bar Mauro Guest Shift
September 13, 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm
One of North America’s most celebrated cocktail bars, born in Mexico City, is coming to Toronto for an Aperitivo experience you do not want to miss.
Ranked No. 2 on North America’s 50 Best Bars and named The Best Bar in Mexico 2026, Bar Mauro is where 1970s Italy lives on in Mexico City. Founded by brothers Ricardo and Eduardo Nava as a tribute to their grandfather’s love of Italian Aperitivo culture, it’s become one of the most celebrated bars on the continent. For one night, Eduardo Nava Mendoza & Brisa Marilim Santos Cel brings that magic of Mauro & Mexico City to Toronto.
Negroni Week at MONOGRAM
September 21-27
Raise a glass to the classic that started it all: three ingredients, perfectly balanced, poured in support of a good cause. Alongside our own take on the original, expect a cast of cocktails, each stirred with the same precision and care as everything else on our list.
Every Negroni poured this week supports Slow Food’s mission for a more equitable, sustainable world of food and drink, a good reason for a second round.
In Residency with Groupe Barroco
September 23-24
This exhibition doesn’t hang on the wall. It’s plated and poured across two nights. Fairmont Royal York presents In Residence, a two-night exhibition by Old Montreal’s Groupe Barroco, staged across three of the hotel’s most iconic rooms: Library Bar, REIGN, and MONOGRAM.
Atwater Cocktail Club Guest Shifts
September 23 – Library Bar
September 24 – MONOGRAM
Rank amongst the World’s Best Bars, Atwater Cocktail Club takes up residence at Library Bar and MONOGRAM for one night only. If you know Atwater Cocktail Club, you know the vibe; low lights, and serious pours with a Montreal Edge.
REIGN x Barroco Guest Chef
September 24
Chef Jérémie Falissard leaves Barroco behind in Old Montreal to join Chef Roland at REIGN’s pass. For one night, two kitchens become one, a full menu built together, dish by dish.
