Bar Mauro Guest Shift

One of North America’s most celebrated cocktail bars, born in Mexico City, is coming to Toronto for an Aperitivo experience you do not want to miss. 

Ranked No. 2 on North America’s 50 Best Bars and named The Best Bar in Mexico 2026, Bar Mauro is where 1970s Italy lives on in Mexico City. Founded by brothers Ricardo and Eduardo Nava as a tribute to their grandfather’s love of Italian Aperitivo culture, it’s become one of the most celebrated bars on the continent. For one night, Eduardo Nava Mendoza & Brisa Marilim Santos Cel brings that magic of Mauro & Mexico City to Toronto.

Negroni Week at MONOGRAM

September 21-27 

Raise a glass to the classic that started it all: three ingredients, perfectly balanced, poured in support of a good cause. Alongside our own take on the original, expect a cast of cocktails, each stirred with the same precision and care as everything else on our list. 

Every Negroni poured this week supports Slow Food’s mission for a more equitable, sustainable world of food and drink, a good reason for a second round. 

In Residency with Groupe Barroco

This exhibition doesn’t hang on the wall. It’s plated and poured across two nights. Fairmont Royal York presents In Residence, a two-night exhibition by Old Montreal’s Groupe Barroco, staged across three of the hotel’s most iconic rooms: Library Bar, REIGN, and MONOGRAM.

Kumiko & Angel Share Guest Shift

For one-night only two of North America’s most celebrated Japanese-inspired cocktail bars join the Library Bar team for the last Guest Shift of the year Chicago’s Kumiko, led by acclaimed visionary Julia Momose, joins forces with New York’s legendary Angel’s Share, the West Village speakeasy that has been shaping cocktail culture for decades for a night of meticulous technique, rare Japanese spirits, and standout cocktails.
